3.12. Replacement of the AT gearbox oil

The description of replacement of ATF is given below. Replacement of the RKPP gearbox oil is made similarly.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up ATF liquid and switch off the engine.
  1. Turn out a drain stopper and lower ATF in in advance prepared capacity. Check a condition of ATF.

Jellied stopper of AT A5S 560Z

  1. Delay a drain stopper with new consolidation with the required effort and turn out a stopper of a jellied opening.
  1. At the switched-off engine fill AT with liquid so that it began to follow from a jellied opening.
  2. Start the engine, transfer the selector lever to situation "P". Turn on passing beam (the selector lever in situation "N").
  3. Again add ATF that it began to follow from a jellied opening. Then delay a stopper of a jellied opening with new consolidation and with the required effort.
  4. Squeeze out a brake pedal, set a winter operating mode of AT and translate the selector lever through all provisions. Check the AT level by means of the diagnostic unit.
  5. Approximately in 5 minutes of operation of the engine make sure of lack of leakages of ATF.
