4.4.3. Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case
|
|
For removal of an oil case it is required to lower a beam of the forward bridge. |
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
|
|
- Record a cowl in extreme top situation. For this purpose disconnect from it a damper, completely open a cowl and fix it by bolts at the left and on the right.
|
- Remove the top casing of the engine.
- Remove the top part of the case of the air cleaner together with the MAF sensor (see the Section Replacement of the Filtering Element of the air cleaner of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).

|
- Remove a guide of the probe of level of motive oil from the right cover of a chain of GRM.
|
|
|
- Give the top nuts of the left and right pillows of support of the engine.
|
- Hang out the engine by means of special adaptation, using lifting eyes of the engine.
- Remove the case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case).
- Weaken a tension of a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor and remove a tension level of a natyazhitel from an oil case.

|
- Remove the pump GUR, without disconnecting pipelines.
|
|
|
If necessary turn out an adjusting pin from the top section of the pallet of a case, take aside and bind the pump. |
- Disconnect the protection cover of plus contact in a motive compartment from an oil case and from the right support of the engine. Disconnect a positive wire of the rechargeable battery from a starter and from the left basic arm.
- Disconnect the directing tube of the probe of level of motive oil from a crater.

- Disconnect a returnable tube from the case pallet.
|
- Disconnect a steering shaft from the steering mechanism (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Unclench a bracket of fastening of the hydraulic pipeline to a beam of the forward bridge and prop up a beam by means of special adaptation.
- Disconnect a beam of the forward bridge from a support of the engine and lower approximately by 60 mm (see the Head Podvesk and steering).

- Turn out bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet of a case from transmission.
|
- If necessary unclench brackets of fastening of pipelines from the oil heater to a case. Turn out the remained bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet of a case and remove it, shifting forward.
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
- If necessary replace sealing rings of a guide of the probe of level of motive oil;
- Clear the interfaced surfaces of the remains of sealing materials and grease these surfaces with Hylomar SQ 32 M sealant;
- Replace laying of the top section of the pallet of a case;
- It is final it is necessary to tighten bolts from transmission only after tightening of bolts from the engine.
