5.1.9. Removal and installation of a collector of the cooling systemModels with the M60 engine
|
- Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Head Dvigatel).
- Remove protection of a case of the engine.
- Lower cooling liquid (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).

- Separate sockets of the remote thermometer (1) and the ECM thermal sensor (2, white). Disconnect a wire weight (3), the general for all coils, in the field of a back lifting eye (4) engines.
|
- For simplification of access to a collector of the cooling system it is necessary to remove the water valve.
|
- Disconnect all branch pipes of the cooling system from a collector.
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a collector and remove it.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Clear the interfaced surfaces, replace laying and sealing rings.

Models with the M73 engine
|
- Uncover both heads of cylinders.
- Remove protection of a case of the engine.
- Remove thermoprotective guards on the left side of a beam of the forward bridge.
- Turn out traffic jams for descent of cooling liquid on the left side of the block of cylinders. Lower OZh (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).

- Mark sockets of sensors of provision of a bent shaft, press a stopper and separate sockets. Unclench a bracket of fastening of a plait of an electrical wiring of the transmission on the back party of a head of cylinders and take out a plait.

|
- Weaken collars and disconnect a branch pipe from a back part of the OZh pipeline and from the back party of a head of cylinders.
|
|
- Weaken collars (1-3) fastenings of branch pipes of cooling liquid to an end face of a heater and disconnect hoses.
|
|
- On both heads of cylinders turn out bolts (1).
|
- Remove a collector of the cooling system.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Clear the interfaced surfaces (1) of a back part of heads of the block of cylinders and a collector of the cooling system, replace laying and a sealing ring (2).
