5.2.4. Removal and installation of fans and resistor assembliesThe fan of the block of the integrated system of heating and To/in

- Remove facing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
|
|
- Unclench a clip of fastening of an air duct.
|
|
|
- Cast away latches of fastening of a cover and remove it. You monitor the correct provision of a cover.
|
|
|
- Separate the socket, turn out screws and take out the fan.
|
|
|
The fan of the block of the integrated automatic system of heating and To/in
|
|
- Remove facing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
- Unclench a clip of fastening of an air duct (see an illustration).
|
|
- Unclench the right and left clips of fastening of drafts and levers.
|
|
|
- Separate the socket, cut an electrical wiring plait collar, turn out screws and uncover.
|
- Turn out screws (by analogy with an illustration) and take out э / the fan motor.
- If necessary remove resistor assembly as it is described below.
|
|
- Separate the socket and cut an electrical wiring plait collar.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws and remove resistor assembly.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Fan of a back part of salon
|
|
- Remove a decorative overlay of control levers a heater in a back part of salon, and also the control panel of the fan (see the Head Kuzov).
|
|
- Turn out on both sides screws and pull out the forward side panel of a tunnel from fastenings.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws from the driver.
|
|
|
- Unfasten side slips on a back ware box on both sides and pull out them from fastenings back.
|
|
|
- Turn out the screws located under slips from the left and right parties.
|
|
|
- Through an opening release from clamps behind (1) and in front (2) decorative panel of a back ware box.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws (1-3), separate sockets (4 and 5), unblock a contact block (6) and disconnect it.
|
|
|
Do not damage the decorative wooden panel of finishing at removal of the average facing panel. Shift the average panel (7) for small things forward and up and remove it. |
|
|
- Turn out screws and pull out the wooden panel of a ware box (middle part) forward. Separate the socket (1) (under the wooden panel) and pull out the holder (2) sockets of a plait assembled back.
|
|
|
- Raise behind a ware box and turn out screws from the left and right side.
|
|
|
- Put forward the fan of a back part of salon of the holder (1) forward and take out back up.
|
|
|
- Shift rubber caps and separate the socket (1). Turn out screws (2) and take out the fan of a back part of salon.
|
|
|
- If necessary separate the socket, turn out screws and remove assembly of resistors.
|
