5.2.3. Removal and installation of a radiator of a heater

Models with the integrated system of heating and To/in

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  2. Remove hoses (1) of the cooling system on a partition of a motive compartment. Carefully blow supplies to remove the remains of cooling liquid from a radiator.
  3. Remove a ware box, the lower casing of a steering column and facing of a forward part of a foot well (see the Head Podvesk and steering). Remove an air duct of the left foot well.
  1. Turn out screws and put the holder aside.
  1. Turn out bolts and remove tubes.

At installation replace sealing rings of tubes.


  1. Turn out screws and uncover a heater radiator.
  1. Take out the heating element.

Models with the K/V automatic system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  2. Remove hoses (1) of the cooling system on a partition of a motive compartment. Carefully blow supplies to remove the remains of cooling liquid from a radiator.
  3. Remove a ware box (see the Head Kuzov).
  4. Remove a steering column (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
  5. Remove the left side part of a covering and the left stiffening rib (see the Head Kuzov).
  1. Remove air ducts of the left and right foot wells.

  1. Remove the left and right air ducts of a back part of salon.
  1. Take out servo-drivers of the right and left gates of air supply to legs. Install the gate approximately in horizontal position and hang out the lever mechanism.

  1. Turn out screws (1), weaken a nut (2) and take out the left and right holders.
  1. Unclench a bracket of fastening and remove the thermal sensor. Cut a collar of fastening of a plait of an electrical wiring on a cover.

At installation use new collars.


  1. Remove brackets and uncover a radiator.
  1. Turn out screws (1) and take out a radiator (2).

At installation replace sealing rings.


  1. When replacing a heating element take out lock brackets and shift wires.
  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Radiator of a heater of a back part of salon

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove forward and back ware boxes (see the Head Kuzov).
  1. Press hoses (1). Give cap nuts (2) and separate the OZh pipelines, without disconnecting the line of coolant.

At installation replace sealing rings.


  1. Remove the isolating material on the water valve. Turn out bolts (1) and remove the water valve (2) with the bringing hose.

On an illustration the block of heating and To/in is shown removed for descriptive reasons, however it is not necessary to remove it.


  1. Turn out bolts (1) and take out from the case a radiator (2) with the drain pipeline.
