7.2.5. Replacement of the regulator of tension Remove the generator (see the Section Removal and installation of the generator). Models with engines, except M57

- Give tension regulator cover fixture.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and remove tension regulator.
|
|
|
- Check contact surfaces contact a koletsna lack of wear tracks and if necessary grind in them.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
For installation of the regulator of tension of the Valeo generator the special assembly cover is used. |

|
Models with the M57 engine
|
|
|
|
- Give nuts of fastening of a cover and remove it the movement up. If it is not possible to uncover, insert the screw-driver between a cover and a hairpin.
|
|
|
- Give nuts (1) and remove sealant (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out contact bolts (1) and remove the regulator (2) stress.
|
- Check contact surfaces of contact rings for lack of wear tracks and if necessary grind in them.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
For installation of the regulator of tension of the generator press coal brushes into brush holders. |
