10.4. Replacement of an intermediate support of the driveshaft

- Remove the driveshaft (see the Section Removal and installation of the driveshaft and elastic coupling).
|
|
- Not to break balancing of assembly of the driveshaft, mark with paint a relative positioning it forward and back parts.
|
|
|
Do not use for this purpose the objects capable to damage a shaft surface (for example, a center punch). |
- Turn out a bolt (1) and separate the driveshaft.
|
|
- Remove a prostavochny washer and a boot.
|
|
|
- Remove an intermediate support by means of adaptation No. 00 7 500/33 1 307 and a usual stripper.
|
- Establish against the stop a new intermediate support by means of a mandrel No. 24 0 090 or No. 24 1 050 respectively with a diameter of an internal opening of a support 30 or 35 of mm.
- Establish a new connecting bolt, having greased it with the fixing sealant. At installation you watch that on a carving there were no lubricant traces.
- Combine adjusting tags and tighten a bolt with the required effort.
