12.3.4. Removal and installation, dismantling and assembly of a rack of a suspension bracket

The procedure of dismantling and assembly of a rack of a back suspension bracket is similar to the corresponding procedure for a forward suspension bracket (see the Part the Forward suspension bracket). Below only removal and installation of a rack is described.

Components of assembly of a rack of a back suspension bracket

1 — the Shock-absorber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a shelf covering behind a back seat.
  2. Remove a wheel.
  3. Remove a brake support and tie up it on a body (see the Head the Brake system).
  1. Uncover the shock-absorber and give nuts. At the corresponding complete set separate the EDC system socket.

At installation use new самоконтрящиеся nuts.


  1. Give a nut.

At installation on a finger and in an opening there should not be lubricant traces. Use a new nut.


  1. Disconnect the shock-absorber from a support of the stupichny bearing.

At installation the head (1) from lyska of the rubber-metal hinge has to be turned to a bolt head.

  1. Remove a rack of a back suspension bracket.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.
