12.3.3. Removal and installation of the stupichny bearing and its support

The procedure of replacement of the stupichny bearing of a back wheel is similar to the corresponding procedure for a forward suspension bracket (see the Part the Forward suspension bracket). Below removal and installation of a support of the stupichny bearing is described.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Vypressuyte a power shaft from a nave of the corresponding wheel (see the Section Removal and installation of power shafts of the Head Kardanny and power shafts, a reducer, differential and stupichny assemblies).
  2. Remove razzhimny the mechanism of brake shoes, a support and the wheel sensor of the ABS system (see the Head the Brake system).
  3. Remove the pushing bar / the integrated lever (see the Section Removal and installation of levers and extensions of a back suspension bracket).
  1. Disconnect the shock-absorber from a support of the stupichny bearing.

At installation the head (1) from lyska of the rubber-metal hinge has to be turned to a bolt head.


  1. Give nuts and remove a support of the stupichny bearing.

At installation on fingers of nuts and in openings there should not be lubricant traces. Use new nuts.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. In conclusion check and adjust the angles of installation of back wheels.
