12.2. Forward suspension bracket

Removal and installation of a suspension bracket assembled

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery. Install the engine in assembly situation as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case in the Head Dvigatel. Remove forward brake disks and separate sockets of an electrical wiring of forward wheel ABS sensors and the forward sensor of wear of brake shoes (see the Head the Brake system). Remove protection of a case of the engine and to disconnect the left and right pillows of fastening of the engine from a cross beam of the forward bridge (see the Head Dvigatel). At the M57 engine disconnect the left and right consoles from a cross beam of the forward bridge. Give a nut and disconnect cross steering draft from a bipod of steering and from the left rotary fist a stripper No. 32 1 190. At installation on a landing cone and an opening there should not be lubricant traces. Replace самоконтрящуюся a nut. Disconnect the steering mechanism from a beam of the forward bridge. At installation fix the steering mechanism on a beam of the forward bridge at first by hand by a bolt (1), and then tighten consistently with the required effort bolts (2) and (1). Use new самоконтрящиеся nuts. Remove thermofilters and elements of strengthening of a body with left and on the right side. Disconnect a cable from a conclusion of the positive plug of the rechargeable battery. If necessary disconnect an oil pipeline from a beam of the forward bridge. Bring a jack with adaptation No. 31 2 220 under a beam of the forward bridge and turn out bolts with left and on the right side. At a detachment of fastening of a beam of the forward bridge from a body under the forward bridge nobody has to be! Give the top nuts of fastening of racks of a suspension bracket with left and on the right side. At the corresponding complete set separate the EDC system socket. Uncover a rack. At installation use new nuts. Remove a suspension bracket assembled. In order to avoid damage of spherical support and loker you monitor the provision of racks, without allowing them to bend strongly. When lowering a jack the certain person has to support each rack. Installation is made upside-down.
