12.3. Back suspension bracket

Removal and installation of assembly of a beam of a back suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove back wheels and the driveshaft (see the Head Kardanny and power shafts, a reducer, differential and stupichny assemblies). Pump out fuel from the right tank of the fuel tank, disconnect a hose from a jellied mouth of the fuel tank and muffle open openings (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Remove supports of the brake mechanism on both sides and suspend them on a body; remove back wheel sensors of the ABS system (see the Head the Brake system). Take out a cable of the drive of the parking brake from a connecting clip and remove the right arm of fastening of a cable from a body. Give a nut and disconnect the lever of the sensor of size of a road gleam. Remove the valve of adjustment of a road gleam from a beam of a back suspension bracket. Turn out bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber to a support of the stupichny bearing. At installation the head (1) from lyska of the rubber-metal hinge has to be turned to a bolt head. Prop up the back bridge by means of support No. 00 2 030/040 and No. 33 4 220. To turn out the left and right bolts and to carefully lower the back bridge. At installation of a hairpin (1) of a back basic heel have to be established parallel to a car axis.
