2.1.4. Access to a jellied mouth of the fuel tank

You suppress the engine and you do not smoke at removal of a cover of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank. If during gas station the engine works, fuel will not be able to get to a tank and the Service Engine Soon indicator can turn on (see the Section Combination of Devices).

The cover of the hatch of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank is located on the right board in a back part of the car. The procedure of unlocking of the lock of a cover is provided in the Section Access, protection.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For opening of a cover of the hatch press its first line.
  2. Turn out a screw cover of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank and fix it in the holder on a reverse side of a cover of the hatch of a jellied mouth.

The cover should be turned out slowly and gradually to dump fuel pressure in a tank.

  1. After gas station tighten a mouth cover before emergence of clicks.

If not densely to close a cover the Service Engine Soon indicator can turn on (see the Section Combination of Devices).

  1. For closing of the hatch just close its cover.
