14.4.3. Removal and installation of switches

Generally for removal of any switch, the switch, or their block it is necessary to squeeze out it from the panel and to separate the socket. Unusual procedures of removal of switches are given below. |
Switches on a steering column
|
|
- Establish a steering wheel in the situation corresponding to the rectilinear movement and do not turn it during repair.
- Remove a steering wheel and casings of a steering column (see the Head Podvesk and steering).

|
- Disconnect the socket (1) from fastening of switches on a steering column. At the corresponding complete set disconnect the socket (2) from the switch of adjustment of provision of a steering column.
|
|
|
- Disconnect the socket (1) from the switch of management of a screen wiper.
|
|
|
- Disconnect the socket (2) from the switch (1) of management of external lighting.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws (1) and remove fastening of switches (2) on a steering column.
|
|
|
- Release clips (1) and remove the switch (2) managements of a screen wiper of the movement up.
|
|
|
- At the corresponding complete set raise a clamp (1) in the direction specified by an arrow shift the switch (2) adjustments of provision of a steering column in the direction specified by an arrow and remove it.
|
|
|
- Release clips (1) and remove the switch (2) managements of external lighting.
|
|
|
Switches of the uniform lock and alarm system
|
|
- Remove an overlay of a control lever transmission.
- Squeeze out the corresponding switch of the central console from below, separate the socket and remove the switch.
