5.1.2. Removal and installation of a casing of the fan

Models with engines, except M57 and M67

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Remove a broad tank (see the Section Removal and installation of a broad tank). At the corresponding complete set separate the socket of an electrical wiring of system of automatic control obduvy (AUC). On models with the M73 engine take clamps from the left and right side. On models with the M73 engine if necessary disconnect from the water pump the fan drive coupling (see the Section Removal and installation of the coupling of the drive of the fan). Remove a fan casing the movement up, if necessary together with the fan. On models with the M62 engine if necessary disconnect from the water pump the fan drive coupling (see the Section Removal and installation of the coupling of the drive of the fan), with left and on the right side take clamps (1) and remove consolidation (2). Extend a fan casing up. At installation insert a fan casing in holders from below and on each side.

Models with the M57 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a krylchatka of the fan. Disconnect consolidation (1) from a casing of the fan (2). Separate the AUC sensor socket. Take clamps (1). Remove a fan casing with a krylchatka. At installation implant the fixing pads (1) in holders of the cartridge on a radiator.

Models with the M67 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Take clamps (1), carefully slightly open a cover (2), squeeze clamps of an arm (3) and remove it. Uncover (1), cut a collar (2) and take clamps (3). At installation replace a collar. Cut a collar (1) and disconnect a hose (2). At installation replace a collar. Remove the AUC sensor from a fan casing. Remove a krylchatka (2) fans for what, holding the water pump for a tetrahedron, give a cap nut (1) by means of adaptation No. 11 5 040. Do not allow damage of plates of a radiator. Raise a casing (1) of the fan by means of the screw-driver (2) and lift over the screw (3) for pumping of the cooling system. Delay a broad tank (4) back and disconnect from a fan casing. Suspend a tank on a wire. Weaken a collar (1) and disconnect a water hose (2). At installation replace a collar. Remove consolidation of a casing and remove it up, without allowing damage of plates of a radiator. At installation you watch correctness of provision of a ventilating hose in the lower part of a casing; implant the fixing pads in holders of the cartridge on a radiator (see an illustration).
