5.1.3. Removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system

Models with engines, except M57 and M67

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Lower cooling liquid (see the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Remove a fan casing (see the Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan). On models with To/in separate the thermoswitch socket. Remove the top hose of the cooling system. Remove a spring bracket (1) and remove a water hose (2). Turn out bolts (3) on a radiator with left and on the right side and remove both arms (4). Remove the lower hose of the cooling system. Separate the socket of an electrical wiring (1), remove a spring bracket and remove a water hose (3). Release the right and left fastenings of a radiator, having pressed the screw-driver a latch. For fastening installation strongly press it down (several clicks have to be heard), then pick up the screw-driver a uvula of fastening and press the screw-driver handle down. Take a cooling system radiator from a motive compartment the movement up. At installation pay attention to rubber-metal hinges with left and on the right side – insert them in holders. Close the generator to prevent hit on it motive oil, fuel or OZh. Lower cooling liquid (see the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Remove a fan casing (see the Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan). Disconnect the top and lower hoses of the cooling system from a radiator. Perform the operations described in paragraphs with 8 on 10.

Models with the M67 engine

Remove a fan casing (see the Section Removal and installation of a casing of the fan). Turn out a stopper and lower cooling liquid. Separate the socket (1), weaken a collar (2) and disconnect a water hose. Remove a broad tank (3). Take out clamps (1) and disconnect water hoses (2).
