5.1.4. Removal and installation of a broad tank

Models with engines, except M57 and M67

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Lower cooling liquid only up to one point below than the level of a broad tank. Separate the socket of an electrical wiring of the sensor of the OZh (A) level, weaken a collar (B) and disconnect a hose from a broad tank. Uncover a broad tank and completely turn out the screw for pumping of the cooling system. Release an overlay of fastening of a broad tank from clamps. Delay a broad tank back and remove a ventilation hose. Release a broad tank from the lower fixing pads and remove the movement up. At installation holders have to enter grooves on a fan casing. Installation is made upside-down. In conclusion pump over the cooling system and check it for tightness.

Models with the M57 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Close the generator to prevent hit on it motive oil, fuel or OZh. Lower cooling liquid (see the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Disconnect perepuskny a hose (1). Extend a cap the movement up and weaken a collar (2) fastenings of a hose for removal of air. Weaken a collar (3) and disconnect a hose. Wring out a clamp (4) and remove a broad tank (5) the movement up. Separate the OZh level sensor electrical wiring socket on the lower party of a broad tank. At installation replace a collar (2) and to rearrange the sensor on a new broad tank.

Models with the M67 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Lower OZh (see the Section Replacement of Cooling Liquid of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Take rivets (1), uncover (2), squeeze the fixing pads of an arm (3) and remove it the movement up. Lift a casing (1) of the fan by means of the screw-driver (2) over the screw (3) pumpings of the cooling system. Remove a broad tank (4) the movement back. Cut a collar (1) and disconnect a hose (2) ventilations. At installation use a new collar (1). Weaken a collar (1) of fastening of a water hose (2) and disconnect it from a broad tank (4). Separate the socket (3) sensors of the OZh level. Installation is made upside-down. If necessary rearrange the OZh level sensor on a new broad tank.
