6.4.2. Removal and installation of the supercharger of air of the SAI system

Remove the air cleaner case (see the Section Removal and installation of the case of the air cleaner).

Models with M60 engines

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Give nuts of fastening of the air supercharger of air of the SAI system to a body. Remove the forward panel of protection of a case of the engine. Remove the right guide of an air stream and the right branch pipe of ventilation of a brake disk. Disconnect from the supercharger a pressure head sleeve and a hose for an air intake. Separate the socket of an electrical wiring of the supercharger. Take out the supercharger and if necessary remove from him holders. Installation is made upside-down.

Models with the M73 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the holder of a hose to a forward longeron. Turn out the screw. Turn out bolts of fastening and uncover. Remove the right fog light (see the Head Onboard electric equipment). Separate sockets. Weaken collars and remove hoses. Turn out bolts and take out the supercharger together with an arm in the direction up. If necessary remove the resistor and a hose and take out the supercharger from an arm. Installation is made upside-down.
