14.2.2. Removal and installation of headlights and their components

The description only removals is given below. Installation is made upside-down. |
Headlights
|
|
- Remove the index of turn (see the Section Removal and installation of other devices of external lighting).
|
|
- Lift a clamp and separate the socket.
|
|
|
- Wring out clamps, displace a decorative level towards the central lattice, pick up and remove it.
|
|
|
- Displace latches inside and turn out bolts.
|
|
|
- Weaken nuts (1), turn out bolts (2) and release adjusting nuts (3)
|
- Remove a headlight the movement on yourself.
- After installation adjust a headlight (see the Section Lighting fixtures).

|
Lens and his protective glass
|
|
- Remove a headlight.
|
|
- Wring out clamps and remove sealing laying.
|
|
|
- Weaken screws and remove the holder the movement on yourself.
|
|
|
- Wring out the top and lower clamps and remove protective glass of the lens.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws and remove the lens with a frame.
|
|
|
Replacement of the control unit and block of ignition of the left xenon headlight
|
|
- Remove a headlight.
- Release a clip and uncover a lamp.
|
|
- At removal of the control unit squeeze the left and right clips and take the control unit socket.
|
|
|
- Remove a collar (1), separate the socket (2), turn out screws (3) and take the ignition block.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws and uncover together with the control unit.
|
|
|
