6.3.12. Removal and installation of nozzles

Models with the M51 engine
Assembly of a nozzle
|
|
- Details of assembly of a nozzle are specified.
- Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Head Dvigatel).
- Remove the holder of the pipeline and disconnect returnable fuel hoses.
|
|
Replace the removed hoses. |
|
|
- By means of a special cutting key give a cap nut of fastening of a tube to the removed nozzle. Close an opening from hit of dirt in it. Weaken a cap nut of fastening of the corresponding tube to TNVD, if necessary keeping from a provorachivaniye for the delivery valve.
|
- Turn out assembly of a nozzle by means of adaptation No. 13 5 320.
|
|
To sort a nozzle of the 4th cylinder with the sensor of raising of a needle (wire) it is not allowed. |
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Models with the M57 engine
|
|
Close the generator from hit of working liquids on it. |
|
|
- Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Head Dvigatel).
|
|
- By means of a cutting key give cap nuts (1) of fastening of pressure head pipelines (2) on a nozzle (4) and weaken nuts on the fuel distributive highway. Give a nut (3) and remove nozzles.
|
|
|
- If the sealing ring (1) did not remain on the removed nozzle (2), take it from a head of cylinders. Pay attention to the provision of a flange (3).
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Before installation clean channels of nozzles. Tighten nuts in the following sequence:
- Tighten all cap nuts of pressure head pipelines by hand;
- Tighten cap nuts on nozzles with the required effort;
- Tighten cap nuts on the distributive highway and on TNVD.
- In case of replacement more than two nozzles it is necessary to execute correction of the field of characteristics of nozzles by means of the diagnostic unit.

Models with the M67 engine

The procedure of removal of nozzles on the example of the left number of cylinders is given below (No. No. 5 - 8). |

|
- Switch off ignition.
|
|
- Give cap nuts of fastening of pressure head pipelines (3) on a nozzle and on the fuel distributive highway by means of a cap key with a cut.
|
|
|
At the same time hold knot from a provorachivaniye for the union of the pressure head pipeline on a nozzle. |
- Remove pressure head pipelines.
|
|

- Wring out the socket (1) down, press a clamp (2) and separate the socket (1).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of nozzles, screw special adaptation by means of which remove nozzles instead of bolts.
|
- If the sealing ring (1) did not remain on the removed nozzle (2), take it from a head of cylinders.
- Installation is made upside-down. Before installation clean channels of nozzles.
- In case of replacement more than three nozzles it is necessary to execute correction of the field of characteristics of nozzles by means of the diagnostic unit.
