6.3.3. Removal and installation of a turbocompressor

If the established hoses of nadduvochny air are not fat-free also damp, it can lead to failure of the supercharger. |

- Remove the top casings of the engine.
- Turn out bolts and remove the formed hose in the direction specified by an arrow (see an illustration).

At installation grease the interfaced surfaces with a thin layer of vaseline and establish new sealing rings |
|
- Remove to collecting a corrugated casing (1).
|
- Remove the filtering air cleaner element (see the Section Replacement of the Filtering Element of the air cleaner of the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).
|
- Weaken a collar (1) and remove the pipeline (2) of nadduvochny air together with a hose of nadduvochny air. Zakuporte of a turbocompressor opening (for example, rags).
|
|
- Turn out a hollow bolt (1) and remove an oil pipeline (2).
|
|
Zakuporte the union of an oil pipeline and an opening in a block case. At installation replace sealing rings. |
|
- Turn out bolts (1), remove both arms and put them aside.
|
|
- Remove a locking cover (1) of the thermofilter and take caps (arrow).
|
|
At installation the damaged caps are subject to obligatory replacement. |
- Turn out the bolts located under caps.
|
At installation grease a carving of bolts with a thin layer of copper-bearing paste (CRC). |
|
- To weaken a collar (1) and disconnect a hose. Turn out bolts (2) and remove a turbocompressor (3) the movement down.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
- If necessary rearrange the drain pipeline and an oil pipeline on a new turbocompressor;
- Replace all laying;
- Clear the interfaced surface of a final collector;
- The clip (1) on a locking cover (2) has to be inserted into the heat-shielding screen.

- Remove TNVD (see the Section Removal and the TNVD installation).
- Remove a casing and a krylchatka of the fan of the cooling system of the engine (see the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
- Lower OZh from a cooling system radiator (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).

- Lift a cowl, disconnect from it racks and record a cowl in vertical position, having inserted M8 bolts into loops.
|
|
- Separate the socket (1) and release a wire from the holder (2) Vyvernite a bolt (4), weaken a collar (5) and remove the case (6) of the resonator assembled with an air flowmeter.
|
|
- Release a wire (1) from the holder, give nuts (2), separate the socket (3) and lay off knot (4) of the fuel filter aside.
|
|
- Give nuts (1) and to postpone the tank (2) of GUR liquid aside.
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) and to postpone a cooler (2) fuels together with an air duct (3) aside.
|
|
- Give a nut (1) of the left pillow of a support of the engine. Turn out a bolt (2).
|
- By means of special lifting adaptation raise the engine for lifting eyes on 25 mm.
|
- Weaken collars (1), remove a pressure head hose (2) and separate the socket (3).
|
|
- Weaken collars (1) and put on a hose (2) a returnable tube of a turbocompressor.
|
|
- Turn out hollow bolts (1) and pick up the pressure head phone (2).
|
|
At installation replace sealing rings of hollow bolts. |
|
- Turn out bolts and remove assembly of a turbocompressor advance.
|
|
At installation clear the interfaced surfaces, without allowing their damage, and replace laying. |
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and rearrange a returnable tube (2) on a new turbocompressor.
|
|
At installation clear the interfaced surfaces on a turbocompressor and on a returnable tube and replace laying. |
- Installation is made upside-down.

Models with the M67 engine (the right turbocompressor)
|
The right turbocompressor is removed together with a pressure head oil pipeline which deformation and damage are not admissible. |
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
- Remove forward and back facing of the bottom of a body.
- Remove assembly of the case of the right air cleaner.
- Remove the right verkhnepotochny catalytic converter.
|
- Weaken a collar (1), turn out bolts (2) and remove a drain oil pipeline (3). Weaken a collar (4), shift it back and disconnect the socket (5) from a turbocompressor.

At installation clear the interfaced surfaces and replace laying. |
|
- Open a clamp (1), disconnect a fork (2) of the diagnostic socket and put aside.
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1), disconnect a hose (2) and remove an air duct (3).
|
|
If necessary replace a sealing ring. |
|
- Turn out three bolts of fastening of a turbocompressor to a final collector.
|
|
- Release a wire from holders on AT. Turn out a hollow bolt (1) and a bolt (2).
|
|
At installation replace sealing rings of a hollow bolt. |
|
- Disconnect a hose (1) of nadduvochny air and take aside.
|
|
At installation the hose has to be fat-free and dry. Carefully remove a turbocompressor (2) the movement in the direction of the right rack of a suspension bracket, between a beam of the forward bridge and cross steering draft down. |
- Rearrange a pressure head oil pipeline on a new turbocompressor. For this purpose perform the following operations:
- Determine the size (A) between a pressure head oil pipeline (1) and a flange of a turbocompressor;
- Turn out a hollow bolt (2) and replace its sealing rings;
- Establish a pressure head oil pipeline on a new turbocompressor by means of a hollow bolt;
- Tightening a hollow bolt, adjust the size (A).

- Installation is made upside-down. To replace sealing laying.
