6.3.7. Removal and installation of the regulator of pressure and distributor of fuelModels with the M57 engine

- Cover the generator to prevent hit of working liquids on it.
- Remove the inlet pipeline.
|
|
- Clear TNVD around pressure regulator a cold cleaner and dry compressed air. Separate the socket (1), turn out bolts (2) and remove the regulator of pressure (3) from the case turning it a hand.
|
|
|
Do not take pressure regulator from TNVD by means of the tool. |
|
|
- Check correctness of situation and integrity of sealing rings (1) and a white basic ring of the regulator (2) pressure. Before installation grease all sealing rings with pure diesel fuel.
|
- Press pressure regulator, turning it a hand in the direction of an hour hand in TNVD to a prileganiye of the interfaced surfaces.
|
|
Do not apply for this purpose a percussion instrument. |
|
|
Models with the M67 engine
|
|
Previously remove the top covers of the engine. |
Pressure regulator
|
|
|
|
- Unclench a collar (1) of a plait of an electrical wiring and give a nut (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and uncover (2).
|
|
|
- Further removal and installation are made similar to removal and installation on the M57 engine (see paragraphs 3 - 5).
|
|
|
Fuel distributor
|
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) and take aside the vacuum pipeline (2).
|
|
|
- Separate the socket from the fuel distributor pressure regulator. Weaken collars (1) of fuel-supply lines and disconnect them from the fuel distributor. Disconnect pressure head (2) pipelines and returnable (4) pipelines. Turn out bolts (5), raise the distributor of fuel a little and to disconnect the socket from the sensor (3) pressure.

- Remove the fuel distributor.
