6.3.8. Replacement of the valve of a cut-off of supply of fuel

The description for the M51 engine is given below. The valve is installed under the inlet pipeline, on the center.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In a deenergized state the piston starts under pressure of a spring and blocks fuel supply.

  1. Remove a dustproof cap. Give the nut located under a cap and remove the pipeline from the fuel cut-off valve.
  1. Turn out the cut-off valve a wrench of 24 mm.

The piston and spring can drop out.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Check correctness of installation and integrity of a sealing ring, in case of need replace it.
