12.2.4. Removal and installation of extensions of levers and hinges of extensions

Installation or replacement of rubber-metal hinges of extensions of the right and left levers of a suspension bracket should be made at the same time. |
|
|
- Remove protection of a case of the engine.
|
|
- Remove a suspension bracket lever extension.
|
|
|
At installation establish a washer (1), use new самоконтрящиеся nuts. |
|
|
- Give a nut and a vypressuyta a spherical support by means of a stripper No. 31 2 240.
|
|
|
At installation on landing cones there should not be lubricant traces; use new самоконтрящиеся nuts. |
|
|
- The rubber-metal hinge acts and pressed by means of a press and a mandrel No. 31 2 261/263.
|
|
|
At installation on the hinge and in an opening of an extension there should not be lubricant traces. |
|
|
- The tag on the hinge has to be combined with a tag on an extension. At a press fitting the mandrel has to adjoin to the external plug of the hinge, – the maximum admissible not planeness makes ± 3 °.
|
|
|
- You watch that the ledge (A) made 12.5 ± 0.2 mm.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
|
|
|
