12.2.2. Removal and installation of a beam of a suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
Install the engine in assembly situation as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case in the Head Dvigatel.
To remove the steering mechanism from a beam of a forward suspension bracket, without disconnecting the GUR line (see the Section Removal and installation of the steering mechanism with GUR).
Remove protection of a case of the engine and to disconnect the left and right pillows of fastening of the engine from a cross beam of the forward bridge (see the Head Dvigatel). At the M57 engine disconnect the left and right consoles from a cross beam of the forward bridge.

Disconnect the left and right cross levers of a suspension bracket from a beam of the forward bridge.

At installation with left and on the right side establish washers (1), use new самоконтрящиеся nuts.

At installation use new самоконтрящуюся a nut.

Remove thermofilters and elements of strengthening of a body with left and on the right side. Disconnect a cable from a conclusion of the positive plug of the rechargeable battery. If necessary disconnect an oil pipeline from a beam of the forward bridge.

At installation establish a washer (1) and use new самоконтрящуюся a nut.

Disconnect the stabilizer of cross stability from its rack. Give a nut and disconnect cross steering draft from a bipod of steering and from a rotary fist by means of a stripper No. 32 1 190.

At installation use new самоконтрящуюся a nut.

Turn out bolts with left and on the right side and remove a beam of the forward bridge. Disconnect the stabilizer of cross stability from a beam.

Installation is made upside-down. Upon termination of works check the angles of installation of forward wheels. At installation of a new beam it is necessary to adjust a steering bipod.
