13.1.4. Removal, installation and adjustment of a cover of the luggage compartment, replacement of its componentsRemoval and installation of a cover of the luggage compartment

The plait of an electrical wiring of a cover of the luggage compartment has no socket therefore before its removal it is necessary to take an electrical wiring plait from a cover. |
|
|
- Lead round loops on a cover of the luggage compartment to avoid its adjustment after installation.
|
|
- Weaken the screw (1) at the left and on the right, turn out the screw (2) on the right and at the left and uncover the luggage compartment the movement back.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Adjustment
|
|
- Adjustment of a cover of the luggage compartment is made similar to adjustment of a cowl, by means of loops, buffers and the lock.
|
|
Removal and installation of racks
|
|
|
|
- Open a cover of the luggage compartment, remove the fixing washer (1) and a spring bracket (2).
|
- Remove a rack.
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Removal and installation of a decorative overlay of a cover of the luggage compartment
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of registration plate and lift a cover of the luggage compartment.
|
|
- Remove lamps (1) of illumination of registration plate and separate the socket. Release clips (2).
|
|
|
At installation of selection on consolidation and on a cover of the luggage compartment have to coincide. |
|
|
- Lift a decorative slip for a bottom (1) via the cylinder (2) locks and release from clips the movement down and back.
|
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Replace the damaged clamps, caps and (if necessary) the neoprene film (1).
|
|
|
Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of the luggage compartment
|
|
- Remove a trunk lid covering (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of finishing of the luggage compartment and its cover).
|
|
- Remove a collar of a plait of an electrical wiring (1) and separate sockets (2 and 3).
|
|
|
- To disconnect draft (1) of the cylinder of the lock, give nuts and remove the lock cylinder.
|
|
|
At installation make sure of correctness of position of draft. |
|
|
- Unclench clips, remove microswitches (1 and 2).
|
|
|
- Lift the holder and remove the microswitch (3).
|
|
|
When replacing if colors of wires and kembrik of microswitches differ, previously apply on them the corresponding tags. |
- Installation is made upside-down. The cylinder of the lock has to be installed on one axis with an aperture in a body. Check serviceability of functioning with an open trunk lid.

|
Removal and installation of the top part of the lock of the luggage compartment
|
|
- Remove a trunk lid covering (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of finishing of the luggage compartment and its cover).
- To remove an electrical wiring plait collar (1 on an illustration) and separate the average socket (between sockets 2 and 3).
|
|
- To disconnect draft (1) of the drive of the cylinder of the lock, turn out bolts and remove the top part of the lock of a cover of the luggage compartment.
|
|
|
- When replacing disconnect draft (1) of the drive, cut a collar (2) plaits of an electrical wiring and remove the microswitch (3).
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Check serviceability of functioning with an open trunk lid.
