13.1.7. Replacement and adjustment of mobile glasses of doors

Replacement of glass of a forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove an external protective molding of a window and adjust the provision of glass of a door. On models with a side safety cushion remove it. Take out glass the movement back/up, bringing him from the outer side of a frame

Adjustment of glass of a forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove finishing of a door (see the Section Removal and installation of finishing and sound insulation of a forward door). On models with a side safety cushion remove it. Disconnect the rear edge of sound insulation that the lower screws became available, and fix the screen an adhesive tape (1). Connect the switch of window regulators to the electrical wiring plait socket at doors and release glass of a forward door. Weaken screws and lift glass before formation of a crack of 10 mm from a door edge. Disconnect the switch of window regulators. At installation adjust the provision of glass in the longitudinal direction and on height (parallelism). For this purpose shift glass in the weakened tightening blocks in the longitudinal direction, then raise a back tightening block (at the same time glass has to roll in tightening blocks) and tighten at first the screw back, and then – a forward block. Adjust the size of a gap (A) and (B) between an edge (forward and top) flew down also an overlay of a window frame. (A) = 5.4 mm, and (B) = 10 mm.

Replacement of glass of a back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove sound insulation of a back door. Extend external lower consolidation and side rubber guides of glass. Verify screws and remove a slip. Turn out the screw and lift door glass up. Incline glass of a door and take out it the movement up, having pulled the rear edge forward/outside.
