13.2.2. Removal and installation of finishing and sound insulation of a forward door

Finishing

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To completely lower door glass. Remove a lamp (1) of illumination of a foot well and separate the socket. On models with memory of provisions of a seat of the driver take the corresponding switch (2) and separate the socket. Remove the switch (1) of window regulators. Remove a cap (2) and turn out the screw. To remove a cap (1), pull out a clamp and remove the button (2) the movement up. Release a door covering from clips on all perimeter. Extend a door covering from a clamp at doors up and push the internal handle (1) of a door via the finishing panel. Remove a clamp at doors. When replacing the panel of finishing rearrange from the old panel on new various slips and the loudspeaker. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments. Check distance (A = 14.5 ± 1 mm) between a cap (1) and a guide (2). If necessary remove the button and adjust position of the plug (3). Establish finishing of a door in a clamp at doors. Replace the damaged clips on door perimeter. Remove internal consolidation of glass not to damage it.

Sound insulation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the panel of finishing of a forward door. On models with a side safety cushion remove it. Separate the socket (1), turn out screws (2) and remove loudspeaker knot. Remove the handle of the drive of the lock of a forward door. Disconnect the central light source (1) from an arm (2), separate the socket (3) and disconnect optical fiber (4) from the central light source. Radius of a bend of optical fiber should not be less than 20 mm. Turn out screws (1) and remove an arm of the central light source (2). Unclench collars (1) on a plait of an electrical wiring (2) and separate sockets (4). Take clamps (1). In whole or in part separate the sealing roller (1) and remove or unbend sound insulation (2). Clear the interfaced surfaces and lay a butyl cord with a diameter of 6 mm on sound insulation and a door, heat it the technical hair dryer, impose sound insulation and strongly press it on all perimeter with effort of 30 N/cm2. Further installation is made upside-down.
