6.2.10. Removal and installation of the fuel tank

|
- Empty the fuel tank.
- Press a fuel-supply line and to weaken a collar of fastening of a fuel-supply line to the fuel pump. Separate sockets of an electrical wiring of both sensors of a reserve of fuel (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Remove the driveshaft in collecting (see the Head Kardanny and power shafts, a reducer, differential and stupichny assemblies).

- Unhook a cable and give fixture of the directing channel.
|
|
|
- Remove the left and right protection covers.
|
|
|
- Remove bringing (1) and drain (2) pipelines.
|
|
|
At installation replace fuel hoses together with fastening collars. |

|
- Give fixture of tapes of fastening of the fuel tank.
|
|
|
Pay attention to the rubber-metal hinge with a prostavochny washer, and also to the provision of laying in a flat hook of a tape. The wide corbel on a washer indicates a bolt head. |
- Prop up the fuel tank.

- Turn out bolts with left and on the right side.

- Slightly lower the fuel tank and cast away outside so that fuel-supply lines on its top party became available. To disconnect fuel-supply lines on the left top side of the fuel tank.

- Disconnect EVAP hose on the top right side of the fuel tank.
|
- Lower the fuel tank and remove it the movement down.
- Installation is made upside-down. Check rubber laying on the back party of a tank and in a groove in the body basis.
