9.11. Adjustment and check of blocking of the lever of the selector

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To install the lever of the selector (1) in situation "P" (a forward emphasis of the coulisse of gear shifting) and weaken a bolt (2). Draft (3) has to go easily in the axial direction in an arm (4).
  1. Turn the ignition key in situation "0" or take out it from the ignition lock. Press against the stop the lever (5) of system of blocking (Interlock) and tighten a bolt (2).

Check of functioning of the Interlock system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Include ignition and return a key to situation "0" or take out it. The lever should not find a way out "P". The lever of the Interlock system has to adjoin to the selector lever.
  2. Include ignition and squeeze out a brake pedal. The selector lever has to be possible to be transferred to any situation now.
  3. To install the selector lever in all provisions except "P", – in one of these provisions the key cannot be turned back in situation "0".
  4. To install the selector lever in situation "P", – the ignition key has to be possible to be turned in situation "0" and to take from the ignition lock.

Check of functioning of the Shiftlock system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Include ignition, to install the selector lever in situation "P" or "N" and squeeze out a brake pedal, – the control lever has to be unblocked.
  2. Start the engine and squeeze out a brake pedal, – with a frequency of rotation of a bent shaft higher than 2500 rpm the lever of the selector has to be blocked in situation "P" or "N".
  3. Include ignition, install the selector lever in situation "R" and release a brake pedal, – when switching directly from situation "R" in "D" and from "D" in "R" upon transition through situation "N" the control lever should not be blocked. If the lever is late in situation "N" longer 0.5 with, then it has to be blocked.
  4. The lever of the selector has to be blocked only in situation "P" or "N".
  5. At a speed over 5 km/h the lever of the selector should not be blocked.
