9.6. Removal and installation of the ATF filter and hydraulic block

The description on the example of AT A5S 310Z is given below. |
|
|
- Remove AT case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case).
|
|
- Turn out bolts and remove a mesh oil filter.
|
|
|
- Uncover (1) the AT hydraulic control unit.
|
|
|
- Take out the hydraulic control unit from the AT case.
|
|
|
Turn out only bolts with a head (A) of 12 mm. |
|
|
- Turn the electrical wiring socket to the left and pull out it.
|
|
|
- Remove a tightening bracket and press the electrical wiring socket into AT case.
|
- Take out the hydraulic control unit with an electrical wiring plait.
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments.
|
|
- Make sure of correctness of installation of the aligning pins (1). The pin (3) levers of the selector has to enter gearing with a flute of the movable valve (2).
