9.7. Removal and installation Ý/m valves, regulators and sensors

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Arrangement Ý/m valves, regulators and sensors.
1-5 — Em valves
6 — Em the valve of the coupling of blocking of the hydrotransformer
7 — pressure Regulator
8 — the Pulse sensor (frequencies of rotation of the turbine of the hydrotransformer, average)
9 — the Pulse sensor (frequency of rotation of an output shaft)
10 — the Thermal sensor
  1. Remove the hydraulic control unit (see the Section Removal and installation of the ATF filter and hydraulic block).
  1. Separate No. No. 1-5 sockets from Ý/m valves.

Do not pull for wires.


  1. Turn out bolts No. No. 6-9 and remove an arm (10).

At installation the convex party of an arm has to be turned by camber to Ý/m to valves

  1. Take out Ý/m No. No. 1-5 valves.
  1. Remove Ý/m the valve (6), separate sockets (1 and 2) and turn out a bolt (3).
  1. Remove an arm (4) and take out Ý/m the valve No. 6.

At installation the concave party of an arm (4) has to be turned to the block of valves. As a distinctive sign Ý/m the valve No. 6 has the white case regarding the socket.




  1. For removal of sensors separate the corresponding socket (1) and turn out bolts (2 and 3).
