4.4.8. Removal and installation of belts of the drive of auxiliary units

If further use of the taken-off belt is supposed, note the direction of its movement. |

|
|
|
|
- Remember the scheme of laying of a belt on pulleys.
|
|
|
Generator drive belt
|
|
- Remove the cooling system fan drive coupling together with a krylchatka (see the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
|
|
- Having given bolts (1), weaken a tension of a belt and take off a belt (2).
|
|
|
In need of removal of a natyazhitel completely, turn out bolts 1 and 2. |
- Check a condition of a belt (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car) and if necessary replace it.
- Lay a driving belt on pulleys and rollers and make sure of correctness of its situation.

|
At installation of already used belt observe the former direction of its movement. |
|
|
- Move an adjusting plate of a natyazhitel of a belt for a hexagon (1) until the end of a groove (2) and tighten a bolt (3).
|
|
|
Belt of the drive of the K/V compressor
|
|
- Take off a generator drive belt.
|
|
- Give nuts (2 and 3) and take off a belt.
|
- Check a condition of a belt (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car) and if necessary replace it.
- Lay a driving belt on pulleys and rollers and make sure of correctness of its situation.

|
At installation of already used belt observe the former direction of its movement. |
- Move an adjusting level of a natyazhitel of a belt for a hexagon (1) until the end of a groove and tighten consistently nuts (3) and (2).
