4.4.11. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
- Disconnect an electrical wiring of the engine from the inlet pipeline and take it aside.
- Disconnect hoses of a supply and return of fuel from the fuel distributive highway, remembering an order of their connection and the place of their fastening by collars.

- Disconnect the union of the vacuum line from the amplifier of brakes.
|
|
|
- Remove a clip and extend PCV tube. Check a condition of a sealing ring of a tube and if necessary replace it.
|
|
|
- Give nuts, take prostavochny plugs and remove the inlet pipeline in the direction up.
|
|
|
- If necessary uncover (1) with the backpressure valve.
|
|
|
- Check a condition of laying and a sealing ring of the valve. If necessary replace them.
|
- Center the inlet pipeline on two prostavochny plugs installed on its left and right sides. Then install the remained plugs and tighten nuts with the required effort.
- Further installation is made upside-down.
