11:10. Removal and installation of the one-pass valve of the vacuum amplifier

- Several times squeeze out a brake pedal to reduce depression in the vacuum amplifier of brakes and by that to facilitate a detachment of a vacuum hose.
|
|
- Remove collars (1 and 2) and disconnect vacuum hoses.
|
|
|
At installation use new collars. |
- Remove rubber consolidation from a wall on which the one-pass valve is fixed.
|
|
- Unclench 4 clamps and extend the top part of the holder of the valve.
|
|
|
At installation be convinced of reliable fixing of brackets. |
|
|
- Take the backpressure valve (1) with rubber laying (2) from the lower part of his holder.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
