11:11. Removal and installation of the vacuum amplifier

- Remove GTTs (see the Section Removal and the GTTs installation and its tank) and the left lever of screenwash (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

|
- Remove rubber consolidation (1), shift fixing brackets of a cover (2) towards the center of a windshield and take away a cover up.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and uncover.
|
|
|
- Uncover (1) and a conclusion (2) pipelines and disconnect a vacuum hose (3) from the vacuum amplifier.
|
- Remove D/V of stoplights (see the Section Removal of D/V of stoplights and a pedal of a working brake).
|
|
- Remove a bracket (1) and unhook a returnable spring (2).
|
|
|
- Give nuts (1), turn out a bolt (2) and remove assembly of pedals from a partition of a motive compartment.
|
|
|
At installation use new самоконтрящиеся nuts. |
- Slightly shaking the vacuum amplifier, disconnect him from a partition of a motive compartment.
|
|
In order to avoid damage of the vacuum amplifier do not use great efforts at his dismantling and assembly. |
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Establish a washer (1), if necessary replace consolidation (2).
|
|
|
The detail (3) of the vacuum amplifier is very sensitive element and its damage can lead to failure of all amplifier. |
