12.5.6. Removal and installation of the lock of ignition and blocking of a steering wheel

- Remove the top bearing of a steering shaft and the top casing of a steering column (see the Section Removal and installation of casings of a steering column).
- Remove the ring antenna of the EWS system.
- Remove arms of understeering switches (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

|
- At the corresponding complete set disconnect draft of the Interlock system.
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt and remove the holder of a plait of an electrical wiring. Separate the ignition lock electrical wiring socket.
|
|
|
- Cut off a head of the disposable screw, remove a plate (1) and the lock (2) shaft of a steering wheel.
|
|
|
At installation tighten the disposable screw to an obryvaniye it on a neck. |
- Remove the cylinder of the lock and to put the new lock of a shaft of a steering wheel.
|
|
- Remove a protective varnish, turn out control screws and install the ignition switch on the new lock of a shaft of a steering wheel.
|
|
|
At installation paint over heads of secret screws. |
- After installation check functions of the lock of ignition and understeering switches.
