3.23. Check of thickness of the conducted clutch plate

On models with the M62 engine from 09.1996 g of the issue check of thickness of the conducted clutch plate is not required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the executive cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling, without disconnecting from it the pressure head pipeline (see the Head the Manual box of gear shifting and coupling).
  1. Install special adaptation 21 2 080 so that the scale corresponding to the RKPP this type was visible from below. The scale of B is intended for 4-cylinder engines without 2-mass flywheel with RKPP S5D 200G; the scale of D G is intended for RKPP S6S 420G and S6S 560G; B C scale – for 6-tsilindrovyz and 4-cylinder engines with RKPP S5D 200G/250G/260Z/310Z/320Z.
  1. Press a pin of measuring adaptation to a fork of switching off of coupling and take readings of wear of a disk.
  1. If at the same time the red site (2) scales is visible, the conducted clutch plate should be replaced. The site (1) indicates normal wear of a disk.
