4.5.11. Removal and installation of inlet pipelines

The description for the inlet pipeline of cylinders No. No. 1-6 is given below. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline of cylinders No. No. 7-12 is made similarly. |

|
- Remove the fuel distributive highway assembled with injectors.
|
|
- Separate the socket (1). Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a butterfly valve, remove it, without disconnecting hoses, and take aside.
|
|
|
At installation replace laying between the pipeline and the case of a butterfly valve. |
|
|
- Note laying of wires of sensors of a detonation (1 and 2) on the inlet pipeline.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a noise-insulating slip and remove it.
|
|
|
- Give nuts and take aside high-voltage wires.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline by means of adaptation (nozzle) No. 11 6 060.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) of fastening of the adjusting valve of system of ventilation of a case of the engine (PCV) and remove it.
|
|
|
- If necessary pick up the ventilating phone (1).
|
|
|
Pay attention to the adjusting provision of a ventilating tube (1) in a collector (2). |
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
|
|
