4.5.2. Removal and installation of heads of the block of cylinders

Left head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the top part of a back cover of a chain of GRM (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of a chain of GRM). Remove protection of a case and thermofilters from a beam of the forward bridge at the left and on the right. Empty the engine cooling system, having turned out the corresponding stopper on the left side of the block of cylinders. Turn out spark plugs (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Remove a collector of the cooling system of the engine. Separate sockets. Weaken collars of a plait of an electrical wiring (1) and a hose (2) cooling liquids. Disconnect a hose. Take assembly of the valvate block of a heater from the holder. Remove the right final collector of the block of cylinders No. No. 1-6 and the left final collector of the block of cylinders No. No. 7-12 (see the Section Removal and installation of final collectors). Turn out bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in the sequence, return specified illustrations. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders of the remains of sealing materials. Do not allow hit of dirt to canals of lubrication systems and cooling. Establish new laying and tighten new bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders with the required effort in the specified sequence. Further installation is made upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove направляющею the probe of level of motive oil. Remove the right final collector of the block of cylinders No. No. 1-6 and the left final collector of the block of cylinders No. No. 7-12 (see the Section Removal and installation of final collectors). Perform the operations described in paragraphs with 10 on 13.
