4.5.6. Replacement of epiploons of a bent shaft and consolidations of distributors of ignition

|
- When replacing consolidation of the case of the right distributor of ignition take out the one-pass valve on the party of cylinders No. No. 1-6.
- Remove the air cleaner case (see the Section Removal and installation of the case of the air cleaner of the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

|
- Release the protection cover of the distributor of ignition from clamps.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and uncover the ignition distributor.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and remove an ignition distributor rotor.
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt and remove a rotor lead.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and remove the ignition distributor case.
|
- Carefully remove radial ring consolidation, without allowing damage of the interfaced surfaces.
- Clear the interfaced surfaces of the case of the distributor and a cover of a chain of GRM, establish new laying by a consolidation strip to the ignition distributor case.

|
- Connect consolidation to adaptation No. 11 3 200 completed with adaptation No. 00 5 500.
|
|
|
- Install adaptation No. 11 3 220 on the camshaft and center the case of the distributor of ignition (1) concerning the camshaft by means of adaptation No. 11 3 210.
|
|
|
- Further installation is made upside-down. Use new copper washers of bolts of fastening of the case of the distributor of ignition. A lead (1) it is necessary to enter (2) camshafts into dredging.
