4.5.12. Removal and installation of final collectors
Collectors of the right number of cylinders

- Give the lower nuts of a final collector of cylinders No. No. 7-9 and remove it.
|
- Remove assembly of the valvate block of a heater from the holder and lay it on a collector (see paragraphs 3 - 5 Sections Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations and its nave).

|
- Give the top nuts of fastening of a final collector of cylinders No. No. 10-12, remove the thermofilter, give the lower nuts and remove a collector.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Grease a carving of hairpins with copper paste, use new nuts of fastening of collectors. Establish laying by the smooth party to a head of cylinders.

|
|
|
|
- Give the lower nuts of a final collector (1) of cylinders No. No. 1-3 and remove it.
|
- Remove the starter thermofilter.
|
|
- Give the top nuts of fastening of a final collector of cylinders No. No. 4-6, remove the thermofilter, give the lower nuts and remove a collector.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Grease a carving of hairpins with copper paste, use new nuts of fastening of collectors. Establish laying by the smooth party to a head of cylinders.
