4.5.3. Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case and oil pump
|

For removal of an oil case it is required to lower a beam of the forward bridge. |
|
|
- Perform the operations described in paragraphs with 10 on 13 Sections Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case.
- Give the top nuts of the left and right pillows of support of the engine (see an illustration).
- Hang out the engine on 6 ÷ 8 mm by means of special adaptation, using lifting eyes of the engine.
- Remove a guide of the probe of level of motive oil.
- Remove the case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case).
- Weaken a tension of a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor and remove from a case a level of a natyazhitel (see the Section Removal and installation of driving belts).

- Turn out a bolt and unclench a collar of fastening of the pipeline to the pump GUR.
|

- Without disconnecting a tube, remove the pump GUR and suspend it aside so that pipelines were not loaded.
|
|
|
If necessary turn out an adjusting pin from the top part of a case. |
|
|
- Give fixture of a positive wire on the generator (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt of a fixing bracket of a positive wire on an engine support.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and pick up the protective phone from a case.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the fixing plate to a beam of the forward bridge, unclench brackets and pick up the phone and a plate.
|
|
|
- Remove a positive wire from an engine case.
|
|
|
- Remove the returnable pipeline of motive oil from a case by means of special adaptation.
|
- Disconnect a steering shaft from the steering mechanism (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
- Prop up a beam of the forward bridge, disconnect it from a support of the engine and lower approximately by 60 mm.
|
|
- Turn out bolts in the top section of the pallet of a case and remove the oil pump.
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet of a case from transmission (see an illustration).
- Turn out the remained bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet of a case and remove it in the direction forward.
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
- If necessary replace sealing rings of a guide of the probe of level of motive oil;

- Clear the interfaced surfaces of the remains of sealing materials and grease these surfaces with Hylomar SQ 32 M sealant;
|
- Replace laying of the top section of the pallet of a case;
- It is final it is necessary to tighten bolts from transmission only after tightening of bolts from the engine.
