4.5.8. Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cooling system fan drive coupling (see the Section Removal and installation of the coupling of the drive of the fan of the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
  2. Take off driving belts (see the Section Removal and installation of driving belts).
  3. Remove the left and right loker of forward wheels.
  1. Turn out a bolt and remove the holder.
  1. Take aside an air branch pipe of an obduv of the generator, and also the left and right channels of an obduv of brake mechanisms.
  1. Remove a pulley of the water pump.
  1. Turn out the central bolt of a pulley.
  1. Holding a damper by means of adaptation No. 11 2 420, turn out the central bolt of a damper and remove it.

To avoid damage of a support of the engine, establish between it and adaptation wooden laying.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Use a new central bolt of fastening of a damper of tortional fluctuations.
