4.6.10. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

After removal of a collector it is necessary to close inlet channels in a head of the block of cylinders at once. |
|
|
If the established hoses of naduvochny air are not fat-free or damp, it can lead to failure of a turbocompressor. |
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
- Remove forward section of the top cover of the engine and raise the central part of the top cover.
|
|
- Uncover a conclusion of the positive plug of the rechargeable battery in a motive compartment. Give a nut and the movement remove a conclusion of the positive plug up.
|
|
|
- Remove sound-proof casings from the inlet pipeline.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws (1) and remove profile consolidation (2).
|
|
|
- Disconnect the pressurization pressure sensor socket.
|
|
|
- Weaken a collar (1), disconnect a hose (2) and remove a collar (3) pipelines of the EGR system.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws (1) and give nuts (2). Disconnect the vacuum pipeline (3) from the EGR valve. Raise the inlet pipeline a little and exempt the vacuum pipeline (from the vacuum pump) from clips on the lower part of the inlet pipeline.

|
|
You monitor the provision of both clips of fastening of a sound-proof casing on a collector. After removal of the pipeline at once close inlet to prevent their pollution. |
|
|
- Replace sealing rings (1 and 2).
|
- Installation is made upside-down. The interfaced surfaces have to be dry and fat-free.
|
|
|
