4.6.7. Replacement of driving belts and their natyazhitel

Driving belts

If further use of the taken-off belt is supposed, note the direction of its movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remember the scheme of laying of belts on pulleys. Remove protection of a case, the top cover of the engine, and also an engine cooling system fan casing. Wring out a natyazhitel of a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor for a hexagon (1) in the direction of an arrow and take off a driving belt (2). Wring out a natyazhitel (1) of a driving belt in the direction of an arrow, and take off a generator drive belt. Check a condition of belts (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car) and if necessary replace them. Lay a driving belt on pulleys and rollers and make sure of correctness of its situation. At installation of already used belt observe the former direction of its movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Take off driving belts. Turn out bolts (1) and a bolt from the back party of a natyazhitel (3). Take out a roller of a natyazhitel with the lever (2) in the direction of an arrow. Remove a natyazhitel (3) of a driving belt. Make sure that the groove on the case of a natyazhitel is directed down. Center a natyazhitel, establish bolts, but do not tighten them. Establish a roller of a natyazhitel with the lever and tighten bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Take off driving belts. Turn out screws (1) and remove an air duct (2). Turn out a bolt (1) and shoot a video (2). Turn out a bolt (1) and weaken a bolt (2). Take the generator aside. Give самоконтрящуюся a nut (1). At installation use new самоконтрящуюся a nut. Take out a tension roller with the lever (1) in the direction specified by an arrow. Turn out bolts (1) and take off a natyazhitel (2) belts of the drive of the generator. Make sure that the groove in the case of a natyazhitel (2) is turned to the generator. Center a natyazhitel, establish bolts of his fastening, but do not tighten them. Establish a roller of a natyazhitel with the lever and tighten bolts of fastening of a natyazhitel.
