4.6.11. Removal and installation of a final collector

If the established hoses of naduvochny air are not fat-free or damp, it can lead to failure of a turbocompressor. |
|
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine and a casing of the fan of the cooling system.
- Remove the filtering air cleaner element (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car).
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove a hose in the direction specified by an arrow.

|
At installation grease working edges of sealing rings of a hose with a thin layer of vaseline. |
|
|
- Weaken a collar (1) of fastening of the pipeline of system of recirculation of OG. Turn out screws (2 and 3) and remove the thermofilter and the pipeline of the EGR system.
|
|
|
- Unclench a collar (1) on a turbocompressor and close a turbocompressor opening. Unclench a collar on the intercooler and disconnect a hose of nadduvochny air on the right side of the intercooler. Remove the pipeline (2) of nadduvochny air together with a hose of nadduvochny air.

|
|
- Turn out a bolt on an arm of the verkhnepotochny catalytic converter.
|
|
|
- Remove a locking cover (1) of the thermofilter and extend caps up.
|
- Turn out three bolts located under caps.
|
|
At installation grease a carving with cupriferous paste. |
|
|
- Give nuts and remove a final collector.
|
- Clear the interfaced surfaces and establish new laying of a collector.
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new nuts of fastening of a collector and tighten them in the sequence from the middle to edges.
