4.6.2. Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case

- Lower motive oil (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car). Remove protection of a case.
- Establish a steering wheel in provision of the rectilinear movement.
- Remove the top casing of the engine and a casing of a radiator.
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove a hose in the direction specified by an arrow.
|
|
|
At installation grease working edges of sealing rings of a hose with a thin layer of vaseline. |
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove air channel (2).
|
|
|
- Remove a corrugated hose.
|
|
|
- Give a nut on the right and left arms of support of the engine.
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) on the case of an oil filter and remove a guide (2) probes of level of motive oil.
|
|
|
At installation replace a sealing ring of a guide. |
- By means of the special elevator hang out the engine, having raised it no more, than by 10 mm.
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) with left and on the right side of the car and remove guards (2) bridges.
|
|
|
- On both sides of the car remove rivets (1), remove facing panels (2) of the forward bridge, turn out bolts (3) and wring out the facing panel (4) a little down.
|
|
|
- On both sides of the car turn out bolts (1) and remove the left and right lower casings (2) of a front bumper.
|
|
|
- On both sides of the car turn out bolts (1) and uncover (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove an element of rigidity (2) with left and on the right side of the car.
|
|
|
- Disconnect the socket (1) sensor of level and release a wire from the holder (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove the thermofilter (2).
|
|
|
- Wring out clamps (1) and cast away a cover (2).
|
|
|
- Wring out a hose (2) coolings of GUR in the direction of the cooling contour, wring out the black fixing ring (1) back and hold it in such situation. Disconnect a hose (2) and collect the flowed-out oil.
|
|
|
At installation check and if necessary replace a sealing ring. |
|
|
- Give a nut (1), separate AT oil pipelines from an engine case, disconnect a vacuum hose (2) from the T-shaped connector. Disconnect the socket from the oil level sensor.
|
- Unscrew the hinge on the steering mechanism (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
|
|
In order to avoid damage of a spiral spring to a steering column upon termination of its works it is necessary to center surely. |
- Prop up a beam of the forward bridge by means of the hydraulic elevator, turn out bolts of fastening of a beam of the forward bridge and carefully lower it as far as possible.
- Take off a driving belt together with its natyazhitel (see the Section Replacement of Driving Belts and Their Natyazhitel).

- Turn out bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet of a case.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts between transmission and the top section of the pallet of a case, and also back bolts of fastening by the top section of the pallet of a case.
|
- Remove an oil case advance.
|
|
If necessary carefully take aside AT oil pipelines. |
- Remove laying of the top section of the pallet of a case and clear the interfaced surfaces.
|
|
- Apply on sites of joints a layer of Drei-Bond 1209 sealant 3 mm thick and 2 mm wide.
|
- Establish the top section of the pallet of a case with new sealing laying. Screw all bolts to a prileganiye of heads, and then tighten all bolts in a cross order.
|
|
Pay attention to various efforts of tightening of bolts of M6 and M8. |
|
|
|
|
|
