4.6.13. Removal and installation of the engine

If the established hoses of naduvochny air damp and with lubricant traces, it can lead to a turbocompressor exit out of operation.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
  2. Remove facing of the bottom of a body.
  3. Remove the top casing of a radiator and cover the generator to prevent its pollution.
  4. Turn out bolts (1) and remove air channel (2).
  5. Turn out bolts (1) and remove a hose in the direction specified by an arrow.

At installation grease working edges of sealing rings of a hose with a thin layer of vaseline.

  1. Remove a corrugated hose (see an illustration).
  1. Uncover (1), turn out bolts (2) and remove the case (3) air cleaners.
  1. Take the filtering air cleaner element.
  1. Turn out a bolt (1) on the right arm (2) support of the engine.
  1. Weaken a collar (1), remove the pipeline (2) of nadduvochny air and at once close openings on a turbocompressor.
  1. Weaken collars (1) and remove hoses (2 and 3) of nadduvochny air assembled with the pipeline of nadduvochny air.
  1. Turn out bolts (1) on a turbocharger. Remove an arm of the converter of pressure and the membrane mechanism of the vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition.
  1. Take off driving belts (see the Section Replacement of Driving Belts and Their Natyazhitel).
  1. To disconnect the socket (1), turn out bolts on a turbocompressor (2) and fix it aside.
  1. Remove a hose of the cooling system (1) together with a tank (2).
  2. Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  3. Remove a cooling system radiator (see the Head of the Cooling system of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
  1. Give a nut (1) on the left arm of a support of the engine. Release a vacuum hose from a clip (2) and disconnect a vacuum hose from the adapter below a clip (2).
  1. Turn out bolts (1) and fix the pump GUR (2) aside.
  1. Cut a collar (1), disconnect a branch (2) plaits of an electrical wiring.
  1. Turn out bolts (1), uncover (2) compartments ECM.
  1. Unclench clips of a level (1) and remove it the movement up. Separate the socket (2) from ECM. Remove a branch (3) plaits of an electrical wiring.
  1. Separate the socket (1) from ECM, disconnect sockets (2 and 3) and the socket (4) relays of candles of an incandescence. Take out a branch (5) of a plait of an electrical wiring from the compartment ECM.
  1. Weaken a collar (1), disconnect a vacuum hose (2), wring out clamps (3), disconnect hoses (4) heaters and fix them aside.
  1. Fix a vacuum hose, the directing tube of the probe of level of motive oil and a positive wire (1) of the rechargeable battery by means of a collar (2) on a vacuum tube (3). Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel on knot of the fuel filter.
  1. Separate the coupling (2) of the valve (3) of preliminary heating and put the valve aside.

Collars (1) should not be weakened.


  1. Supporting a cowl, raise clips (1) on both sides and shift up. Disconnect a damper (2) from a cowl with left and on the right side.
  1. Screw two bolts of M8 (1) in hinges (2) cowls, having recorded it thus.
  1. Remove a cap (1) and give a nut (2). Release a positive wire (3) of the rechargeable battery from the holder (4) and fix on the engine.
  1. Install adaptation No. 11 7 050 (1) between the pallet of a case of the engine (2) and a beam (3) of the forward bridge.
  1. Remove the catalytic converter (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  2. Remove RKPP or AT (see the Head the Manual box of gear shifting and coupling or Automatic transmission).
  1. Give a nut (1), disconnect a wire of weight (2) and put it aside.
  1. By means of the special elevator take the engine from a motive compartment for forward and back eyes up.

Do not damage components in a motive compartment during raising of the engine.

  1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Be convinced of integrity of pillows of support and if necessary replace them.
  2. After installation before start of the engine check levels of working liquids and if necessary modify them.
  3. Start the engine and make sure of lack of leak of fuel and working liquids, and also of lack of abnormal noise and vibrations.
  4. Let's the engine work on single turns, then muffle it and again check levels of working liquids.
