4.7.12. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

After removal of the inlet pipeline it is necessary to close at once inlet channels in a head of cylinders. |
|
|
If the established hoses of naduvochny air are not fat-free also damp, it can lead to failure of a turbocompressor. |
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
- Remove the top cover of the engine.
|
|
- Unclench collars (1) and remove right (2) and the left (3) pressure head sleeves of naduvochny air.
|
|
|
At installation have collars on former places. |
|
|
- Disconnect vacuum hoses (1), cut a collar (2) and disconnect the socket (3) from the operating valves.
|
|
|
- Disconnect a vacuum hose (1) (black/red) and take aside the block (2) converters of pressure.
|
|
|
- Shift a clamp (1) forward and investigate connection (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and take aside the vacuum pipeline (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and weaken collars (2) EGR valves.
|

At installation have collars on former places. |
|
|
- Cut collars (1) and disconnect the bringing and returnable fuel hoses (2).
|
|
|
Collect the following fuel. |
|
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) and remove the holder (2).
|
|
|
- Release a fuel-supply line (1) from holders (2).
|
|
|
- Take aside and fix the bringing and returnable fuel hoses.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline and remove it then at once close inlet channels in order to avoid hit of dirt in them.
|
- Clear the interfaced surfaces of the being removed components, establish new laying.
- Installation is made upside-down.
