4.7.8. Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations

- Remove protection of a case.
- Take off driving belts (see the Section Removal and installation of driving belts and their natyazhitel).

|
- Turn out bolts in the lower part of the transmission.
|
|
|
- Weaken a bolt (1), shift the sliding coupling (2) against the stop down, fix adaptation No. 11 8 181 on the transmission, insert and tighten bolts (3).
|
|
|
- Turn a bent shaft in a damper of tortional fluctuations by means of adaptation No. 11 6 480 until the sliding coupling of adaptation No. 11 8 180 does not enter a gear wreath.
|
|
|
- Record a flywheel for what move the sliding coupling (1) up to an emphasis to a gear wreath of a flywheel and tighten a bolt (2).
|
- Turn out bolts (1) of a damper (2) tortional fluctuations.
- Installation is made in the return sequence, use new bolts of fastening of a damper of tortional fluctuations.
